Reservations Policy
This Reservation Policy is applicable to any and all contracts made by Flamingos Salgados, registered with the numbers 7287 (Tourist Apartments) on RNET.
Warranty policy
All prices mentioned include VAT at the current rate.
At the time of booking, as a guarantee, credit card details (number, validity and security code) will be requested. You will need to present the same card provided to confirm the reservation at check-in.
Payment and cancellation policy
When booking a Flexible Rate, payment must be made upon check-in. If canceled within 4 days before the arrival date until 2:00 p.m., 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged. In case of no-show or early departure, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
When booking a Non-Refundable Rate, payment must be made at the time of confirmation. In case of no-show or early departure, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
Special offers have specific cancellation policies, which should be checked individually.
Check-in | check-out time:
- Check-in: from 4 pm | Check-out: until 11 pm.
- Late check-out: Please contact the reception to request late check-out (subject to availability). Additional charges may apply.
Children and extra beds:
- Babies up to 2 years old will be accommodated in a cot free of charge. Cots reservations are on request and are subject to availability confirmation.
